ARKANSAS — Russellville Police Investigators charged Joshawa White (DOB-12/11/83) with Sexual Indecency with a Minor, several counts.
A River Valley Citizen gave us a tip that lead to the location of a possible suspect and his vehicle. Our investigators interviewed Joshawa White in Clarksville where he resides. After the interview he was placed under arrest and transported to Pope County Detention Center on felony charges.
Joshawa White is a registered Sex Offender.

Russellville Police Officers responded to the report of an indecent exposure Monday (On 08/24/2015) at the intersection of Knoxville and East Main Street at approximately 3:20 PM.
Officers determined after a preliminary on scene investigation that a male driving a white Chrysler Sebring, exposed himself to students on a Russellville School Bus. The driver was wearing a bandana or a mask covering his face. Students informed the bus driver of the incident, the bus driver immediately contacted authorities.
