COLORADO SPRINGS — On Saturday, Officer’s from the Gold Hill Division responded to the 1200 Block Capistrano Pt. regarding a physical disturbance involving a suicidal female, later identified as suspect, Elizabeth Parlow.
During contact with PARLOW, she became uncooperative and combative, striking one of the responding officers in the face with her arm causing pain and visible injury.
Officers were able to take Parlow into custody after the initial assault. While escorting Parlow to a police cruiser, she grabbed a second officer by the wrist and was able to press her fingernails into the officer’s skin.
The second officer sustained visible injuries consisting of abrasions and scratches to his wrist.

Parlow was arrested for two counts of 2nd Degree Assault on a Peace Officer and booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center. -CSPD
