ALABAMA (NEWSWATCH33) — Kevin Smith, 26, of Alabama contracted Ebola after placing a stack of money in his mouth.
Smith posted a photo on his Instagram account boasting about how much money he makes as an MCA affiliate. According to reports, he put $5000 in increments of $20 bills in his mouth and asked a friend to capture the photo. The caption of the photo read, “Want to work from home? I can show you how using MCA. Send me a DM. You see how much money I’m making.” Several days later, Smith was admitted to a local hospital for having a high fever. According to medical officials, “Smith was admitted through the ER with complaints of fever and vomitting. An admissions nurse checked his vitals and confirmed he had symptons of the Ebola Virus. We immediately placed Mr. Smith into quarantine to complete our analysis.”
